Voros Group is a vertically integrated developer specializing in purpose-built rental housing. We develop efficient, 3-storey walk-up buildings with 10 units or less, designed for speed-to-market execution and long-term hold. Our model is built on repetition within a disciplined set of markets.
OUR MISSION -------------
Add new rental supply in existing, established neighbourhoods without displacing existing tenants or accelerating gentrification.
We do this by targeting underutilized lots, adding density where services, transit, and community already exist. We build at least 40%-70% more efficient than building code, and most of our projects include affordable units, because those communities should be open to everyone.

Darren Voros
Founder & Director of Development
Darren built his development expertise from the ground up, literally, starting with small scale renovations, eventually being licensed as a home inspector and energy auditor before becoming a general contractor.
He bought his first investment property in 2002 while performing professionally in musical theatre, and spent the next decade building a rental portfolio across Ontario and Alberta, partnering with family and friends as his first capital partners. His first ground-up build in 2017, a triplex he largely built himself, marked the shift from contractor to developer.
His theatre background extended beyond the stage. Darren has appeared on CBC's The Goods, CityTV's Cityline, and worked on HGTV's Save My Reno and W Network's Game of Homes. His YouTube channel launched in 2020 channel has grown to over one million views, making him a recognized voice in the Canadian real estate investor community

Oversees construction, development and consultant coordination. After stabilization Brittaney manages property lease-up, tenant relations and repairs and maintenance.

Manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, construction cost tracking, and internal reporting systems.

Unlike most developers who sub out the entire construction process, Voros Group operates a hybrid model, maintaining an in-house crew that self-performs key scopes including framing, windows, exterior, flooring, painting, finish carpentry and landscaping, while working with a trusted network of specialist trades for the rest.
Our superintendents oversee site supervision, safety, and trade coordination across all active projects. The team is led by Justin Tensen, Martin Harris, and Ryan Delcin, three construction leads with a combined 40+ years of experience.
