Founder & Director of Development
Darren Voros leads acquisition strategy, underwriting, project structuring, and long-term portfolio growth.
With over 20 years of real estate investing experience, he specializes in standardized urban infill rental development under Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code.
His focus is disciplined execution and long-term west-end portfolio aggregation. He oversees site acquisition, capital alignment, development execution, and CMHC refinance strategy.
